Roller conveyors

Driven roller conveyors are industrial conveyors allowing handling of materials, components or finished products in an automated way and without personnel employment.

Driven roller conveyors connect various industrial machinery by carrying loads autonomously and with absolute precision, for instance in the final phase of production cycle when products are loaded and prepared for shipment.

Idle roller conveyors have the same frame, rollers and supporting feet as driven ones.

Particular feature: it is possible to turn idle roller conveyors in driven ones by purchasing the necessary transformation set.

They can be flat or inclined mounted to obtain material descent by gravity.

The packages can move on with a free or controlled descent.

Curbed driven roller conveyors, manufactured with conical rollers, have reduced dimensions and allow a regular feeding of packages. Transmission is obtained by means of chain rings.
