With more than 20 years of experience, Stawimpianti is eager to offer the best technical-economical solution to solve the problem of solid product packing, which may occur with those products that by nature tend to stick due to their hygroscopical characteristics, to electrostatic charges and/or temperature jumps.

The solution is evaluated based on product to be handled and the device into which it is stored.

Simplest systems foresee a mere injection of compressed air (vibrofluidificators, nozzles and porous plates). If this should not be sufficient, pneumatic hammers or bin activators are used.

For particularly packing products, we studied extraction systems with pin spirals rotating into the product.
