The implementation of an adequate filtration and abatement plant is a fundamental component of any powder plant this is functional to guarantee the capture of the material at the nerve centres of the plant, guaranteeing the health of the operators and the environment.

TYPES OF SYSTEM
Filtration and abatement for every production context
Localised filtration
Filtration is carried out close to the system with a suitably sized dust collector. The necessary filtering surface area can be obtained, as required, with sleeves or cartridges of a material and size adapted to the air flow to be disposed of.
Dry abatement
Suction points are scattered throughout the production area and it is necessary to size the fan to guarantee a useful suction to capture dust from all points, always guaranteeing the correct crossing speed.
Wet abatement
There is always a dedicated engineering activity upstream, which aims to carry out precise dimensioning, taking into consideration the air flow rate required to guarantee the correct fluid velocities and minimise pressure drops in the suction lines.
