Process analysis
Every production process is different and every customer has specific requirements that need to be understood and taken on board. The first step is to understand the plant engineering needs and the expected results, so that we can offer the best possible advice.

Design
Every input provided by the customer is carefully processed and reworked in order to produce a proposal that is fully customised and technically aligned with the customer’s expectations. 2D, 3D, electrical and software design are all done in-house, so you have a single point of contact to reduce response times and streamline the process.

Production
We manufacture most of our systems in-house, guaranteeing the highest quality standards. Our organisational model and work processes, perfected over more than 30 years, enable us to deliver high quality work in a reliable and precise timeframe. Each component is tested in-house to ensure that it is fully efficient.

Installation and start-up
The installation and commissioning of Stawimpianti machines is carried out entirely by qualified in-house personnel, ensuring compliance with what was agreed at the planning stage and the planned installation time.

TEST CENTER
The process leading up to the system
Our process also includes a test phase, upon request, to validate the proposed solutions. The in-house Test Center allows real conditions to be simulated and every choice optimised before production.
