Semi-automatic bagging machines for high production volumes
Bagging of finished or semi-finished products generally occurs at a later stage than mixing or screening activities. The semi-automatic operation of the machine requires the presence of the operator, who will be responsible for inserting the bag to be filled and removing it once it has been filled.
Semi-automatic bagging machines are suitable for production contexts where high production volumes are required, but not such that the need for a fully automatic bagging mode arises.
The semi-automatic bagging machine can achieve outputs of up to 100 bags per hour and its adaptability means that it can be used for bags from 5 kg up to 25 kg bags. Its modular design and compact dimensions make it easy to place in any system and integrate with any other dosing or conveying device, hoppers, screws and more.

Bagging machine basic configuration
In its basic configuration, the bagging machine consists of an accumulation hopper, a micro dosing unit equipped with an inverter to fill the bag, and a weighing scale on which the bag rests, so that the operator can constantly and accurately check the amount of product placed in the bag.
Depending on the type of bag that is used, the bagging machine can be suitable for filling two types of bags
• Valve bags
In this configuration, the bag is filled via a spout that is inserted into the bag valve.
• Open bags
Filling the bag from above as it is open, the bagging machine is equipped with two grippers to block the loading mouth, operated by two push buttons to be pressed simultaneously by the operator so as to guarantee the total safety of the operator when blocking the bag. Bag loading is controlled by a foot pedal.
