Simple steel structure where the empty big bag is secured using hooks on the four tensioners located at the corners of the upper frame.
Conventional big bag filling systems are simple and flexible units designed for seamless integration with other equipment. The basic, strong, forklift-portable frame has a central bag-spout connection that couples with the filling valve, enabling rapid loading and total powder containment.
Devices can be added to the basic version of the big bag filling system to make it perform better, including:
- Fan: to inflate the big bag before loading, so as to give the powder as much space as possible inside it
- Vibrating platform: to compact the material, optimising loading volumes and transport in containers
- Weighing system: to guarantee the quantity of product contained in each individual big bag
- Roller conveyor/b>: motorised or idle, simplifies the handling of the big bag before and after loading

For high-volume big bag filling requirements, where optimizing the loading process by reallocating operators to higher-value production tasks is a priority, a semi-automatic big bag filling system is the ideal choice. The semi-automatic big bag filling system, thanks to its structure moved by a hydraulic control unit, allows filling 1m³ and 2m³ big bags.
The machine in question aims to make operations more efficient by reducing filling times and, at the same time, freeing the operator from low-value tasks. Once the big bag is attached to the straps, the machine will sequentially manage the activities of inflating, filling, vibrating, weighing the bag and automatically releasing the straps. The operator only has to forklift and transport it.
