A key system for transporting materials in the food industry.
In general terms, this mode of transport consists of loading a powder product into a pipe and moving it through a certain amount of gas, which can be generated by a blower (which can work under pressure or vacuum) or by the pressure difference generated by a compressor.
The adaptability, modulability and efficiency of pneumatic conveying systems make it possible to transport high volumes of powder across lines extending several hundred metres, delivering material to a single arrival station or distributing the flow among multiple destinations.
The closed pipes of the pneumatic conveying system, together with the necessary dust collection devices that are placed on arrival, eliminate the dispersion of the product into the environment, helping to keep the workplace clean and safe for the benefit of the operators’ health.

TYPES OF SYSTEM
Food transport in dense and diluted phases.
In dense phase
Transport takes place by means of a pressure vessel that conveys the product in steps within the line. In this mode, the conveyor line moves more product and less air.
In diluted phase
Transport takes place by means of a blower or vacuum that pushes air into the line. In this mode, the conveyor line moves more air and less product, which is gradually dosed into the pipe.
